1 cup High Quality Maple Syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 Cup of pecans, halved
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Beat eggs thoroughly. Add sugar, syrup and vanilla. Add Butter salt and pecans and stir by hand.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 until filling no longer jiggles. Total time just under l hour
